Please note that the placement of an order with Inview indicates the acceptance of both these terms and conditions, and any others contained within the website www.woolsportswear.com, or any other documentation from Inview Apparel.

Inview Apparel is a division of Cornish Blue Holdings Ltd.

Where are we.

We are located in Kaiapoi, North Canterbury, New Zealand.

Jurisdiction.

Please note that all contracts and resulting issues are governed by the legal jurisdiction of New Zealand.

Privacy Policy.

In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, we observe the following principles:

- All information collected by us about you is only for the purpose of completing the transaction that such information was collected for, unless you indicate otherwise.

- This information is collected via you placing an order through our website.

- This information is stored securely by Inview, and is only kept for as long as is needed to complete the transaction, unless you indicate otherwise.

- No other party will have access to such information.

Contractual Obligations

Please note that legal obligations do arise from your acceptance of our offer of goods via the website www.woolsportswear.com. Such acceptance of offer takes place when you forward us your order request by the available means together with credit card or other payment details.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order, or payment method, for whatever reason.

Ordering and Delivery.

Orders

Orders can be placed by phone, fax or email. Once an order has been received, a confirmation of order will be sent via fax or email (provided these details are provided to us), and the order will be completed in accordance with this confirmation. Please note that any confirmations will not include credit card details. 
The placing of an order indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices are displayed in US dollars, Pounds Sterling (UK) or Euros. Prices are based in US$ and conversions to other currencies are made based on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is completed.

Payment

Payment can only be made by Visa, Visa Delta or Mastercard. Payments can be in US Dollars, Pounds Steling (UK) or Euros. Delivery of product will not be made until payment is cleared. Please note that for your security, we cannot accept credit card numbers via email.


Freight

Dispatch of your order will be within 48 hours of your payment being cleared. All orders will be delivered by registered airmail.

Other charges (local duties and/or taxes)

Please note that any and all local duties and/or taxes, on the delivery of your order from New Zealand, are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Warranty

We are very proud of our brand and product, and therefore will replace or refund your purchase price, at no cost to you, for any product which fails due to any defect in its material or manufacture (not caused by normal wear and tear).

Returns, exchanges and refunds

We appreaciate that you are taking a leap of faith in purchasing our products, without the opportunity to check size or colour. If on arrival of your order you are not completely satisfied, we will accept the return of your order provided we are notified within two weeks of you receiving the goods and that  the goods are in an unused condition. We will provide you with either a refund or an exchange product (with the delivery of the exchange product back to you being at our cost).

Complaints and disputes (or kudos)

Customer satisfaction is the only way we can be successful. Therefore we are keen to hear about any issues (good or bad) you have with our operations.

If you have any concerns regarding our operations, please let us know, and we will contact you within 24 hours, to resolve these to everyone's satisfaction.
